How can I rent a house?
1. Search and selection
Search for your perfect property. Virtual tours and detailed house and neighborhood descriptions will help you make your decision. Don't forget to check the owner's policies before booking
2. Book the property and enter the discount code
Once you find the house, you can enter our discount code "RAINBOW25" in the checkout step. When you make a reservation, that property is blocked until the owner responds (up to a maximum of 24 hours). When the owner accepts, you will automatically be charged the amount on the payment method provided. This is why you will be asked for payment details at this stage.
3. Confirmation
As soon as the owner accepts the reservation, you will be automatically charged to the payment method provided. You will be put in touch with the owner via email so that you can arrange arrival time, key delivery and send all required documentation according to the stated policies.
4. Check-in
Once you get to this point, all you have to do is pick up the keys and sign your contract. The initial payment, which you made at the beginning of the reservation process, will be transferred to the owner 48 hours after you enter.
