In compliance with Italian Legislative decree n.196/30 June 2003 (“Privacy Code”) and European Regulation n. 679/2016 (“General Data Protection Regulation”, or “GDPR”), Rainbow Academy Srl, with registered office in Rome, Via della Bufalotta 374 (the “Controller” or the “Company”), wishes to inform You that Your personal data will be processed in order to deal with Your request for information.
In the section “Contact us” You are free to ask for information concerning Rainbow Academy’s courses and activities, but we beg You not to mention any data that may be regarded as sensitive personal information by the GDPR (eg, which might reveal a person’s health, religion, etc…).The lawful basis for processing personal data is the provision of a service pursuant to art.6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR and, therefore, Your request for information can be handled without Your explicit consent.

Your data will be processed on paper and/or computer under the authority of the Controller, by subjects that have been specifically authorized and instructed to their treatment (pursuant to art. 2-quaterdecies of the Privacy Code and articles 28 and 29 of the GDPR). We also want to inform You that we implement adquate safety measures, pursuant to articles 5 and 32 of the GDPR, to prevent the loss of data, their unlawful use and unathorized access.

We are allowed to communicate Your data, inside the European Union, pursuant to what established by the GDPR, to the following subjects: the financial administration and/or other public authorities, should it be required by law or at their request; to the external structures, subjects and companies the Controller employs for the handling of activities linked to the provision of the service “Contact Us”; to external consultants (for example, for the management of tax compliance), if not designated in writing as Data processors.

Without prejudice to any rights or obligations, Your personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to reply to Your information request.
