How can I rent a house?
1. Search and select
Search for your perfect property. Virtual tours and detailed home and neighborhood descriptions will help you make your decision.
2. Book and enter
the discount code
Once you find the house, you can enter our discount code "RAINBOW25" in the payment step. When you make a reservation, that property is blocked until the owner responds. When the owner accepts, you will automatically be charged to the payment method provided.
3. Confirm the
reservation
As soon as the owner accepts the reservation, you will be automatically charged to the payment method provided. You will be put in touch with the owner by email so that you can arrange arrival time, key delivery and send all the required documentation.
4. Check-in
Once you get to this point, all you have to do is pick up the keys and sign your contract. The initial payment, which you made at the beginning of the reservation process, will be transferred to the owner 48 hours after you enter.
